Pour la troisi\u00e8me fois, FRIES Kunststofftechnik a re\u00e7u le label de qualit\u00e9 “Excellente entreprise de formation” (2019 \u2013 2022). Le gouvernement du Land, la Chambre du Travail et la Chambre de Commerce du Vorarlberg d\u00e9cernent ce label de qualit\u00e9 aux entreprises de formation qui garantissent un niveau de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne pour les apprentis.<\/p>\n

FRIES peut se pr\u00e9valoir d’une longue tradition dans la formation des apprentis. Des apprentis sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 Sulz depuis 60 ans. Plus de 125 apprentis ont termin\u00e9 leur formation chez FRIES. Cela permet non seulement de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande sans cesse croissante de sp\u00e9cialistes qualifi\u00e9s, mais aussi d’offrir aux jeunes la possibilit\u00e9 d’effectuer un apprentissage orient\u00e9 vers la pratique avec un large \u00e9ventail d’opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La formation des apprentis chez FRIES<\/p>\n

L’importance de la formation en apprentissage est refl\u00e9t\u00e9e dans le prix d'”apprentissage d’excellence” obtenu ainsi que dans les excellentes performances des apprentis dans diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9titions. “Il est tr\u00e8s important pour nous de fournir \u00e0 nos apprentis un bon \u00e9quilibre entre comp\u00e9tences techniques et sociales “, d\u00e9clare Michael Reiner, responsable de la formation chez FRIES.<\/p>\n

FRIES offre quatre places d’apprentissage<\/p>\n

Nouveaut\u00e9 depuis cet automne, l’apprentissage en tant que commis industriel. Le domaine d’activit\u00e9 polyvalent comprend diverses t\u00e2ches commerciales dans diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements. Au si\u00e8ge de Sulz, trois autres apprentissages sont propos\u00e9s dans les domaines de la construction d’outils, du moulage plastique, de la plasturgie.
\nActuellement, 6 apprentis sont en formation.<\/p>\n
